For their fourth release, Hungry Lucy beautifully demonstrates their passion for the craft of songwriting. Rather than spend months in production, this time around the duo present "Before We Stand ... We Crawl" as a collection of six raw, emotional songs. These basic arrangements use piano, acoustic guitar, strings, wind instruments and sparse drum parts to underpin Christa Belle's heart-felt lyrics and highly emotive vocals.

Glō continues the Hungry Lucy tradition of mellow grooves, catchy melodies and Christa Belle's enchanting vocals. This album branches out a little further though, into blues & jazz in "Storm" and "Open Window", celtic on "In the Circle" and classic torch song on the emotional "Stay".
Glō also features downloadable remixes from Claire Voyant, Aiboforcen, bloodWIRE, ThouShaltNot, trigger10d, Chandeen, Dreamside, Neikka RPM and Kew. The remixes range from club friendly bum shakers to ambient soundtracks.

Apparitions: revisited [2001, Alfa Matrix]
This remastered version of Hungry Lucy's debut CD was released in August 2001 by Belgian label, Alfa Matrix. The CD features all the original songs from the US release, plus fab remixes by European artists such as No Comment, Regenerator, Neverwood. This CD marked the first release for Alfa Matrix, and the first Hungry Lucy disc to be widely available in Europe.
Apparitions [2000, Fishtank Soundworks]
Apparitions take a dark yet upbeat trip down the road of many sorrows. Telling stories of people here and gone, HL knows how to make grown men cry, with songs like Ode and how make the weak feel strong again, i.e. Stretch. What's most appealing about this album is its diversity. They manage to pull off the mask of a gaunt Goth kid and make them dance! Other songs that are a must listen are: Alfred with its melancholy chorus, Bound in Blood (Insomniac Mix) with its driving beats, the funk of Blame, the excellent remixes by Battery and Heavy water Factory of Grave and Stretch, and the somber tales of Cover Me and Bed of Flames.
Compilation CDsWhere's Neil When You Need Him? [2006, Dancing Ferret Discs]
A very special and unique project. Bands who are fans of Neil's work were asked to write songs about their favorite Gaiman story, character, or setting. The contributions of seventeen top international artists are exclusively collected on this CD. Neil Gaiman was involved in the project from the start and wrote the liner notes for the CD. Dave McKean handled all of the artwork. (Since we've been asked already, we should point out that Neil doesn't actually sing on the CD).
Like Neil's writing, the material on this disc is very diverse in both source material and musical styles. Naturally The Sandman series is well represented, but there are also songs about Stardust, Neverwhere, American Gods, Coraline, The Day I Swapped My Dad for Two Goldfish, Mr. Punch, Wolves in the Walls, The Goldfish Pool, and Mirror Mask.

The Beat Of Dis-content is the first CD released by Auralgasms. It features some of our favorite selections from the site. This compilation contains many up and coming artists, as well as some voices you may be familiar with. You may be familiar with Kristy Thirsk's voice on many Delerium hits, Tanya Donnelly's voice with Belly and Throwing Muses, Mark Gardener's voice as the lead singer of Ride, or Violet Indiana (featuring Robin Guthrie of The Cocteau Twins and Siobhan de Mare' of Mono).
State of Synthpop 2003 [2003, A Different Drum]

The much anticipated 3rd volume of the famous Cyberl@b Double-CD compilation was released by Alfa Matrix in early February, 2002! This comp features club tracks from HUNGRY LUCY, HAUJOBB, :WUMPSCUT:, REGENERATOR, NO COMMENT, AÏBOFORCEN, ASSEMBLAGE 23, FLESH FIELD, and many more! Hungry Lucy's contribution was the previously unreleased, "Fearful".

This 15 tracks CD features great covers of New Order songs performed by Hungry Lucy, Paradoxx, Atlantic Popes (Bernhard Llyod of Alphaville), Days of Fate, and many more. Hungry Lucy's contribution was a soothing trip-hop version of "Love Vigilantes" featuring some amazing vocals by Christa Belle ... look out Enya!
The tribute was released by Synthphony Records and all profits are being donated to the Red Cross.
Venusa XX part I [2001, Triton]
Venusa XX - a collection of femina vox, compiled by Side-Line music magazine, was released by the German label Triton in August 2001. Hungry Lucy have once again contributed their talents to a tribute CD. This time around, the Pet Shop Boys are being honored. Dancing Ferret Discs released "Very Introspective, Actually" in June of 2001. Hungry Lucy's track is "Jealousy" and maintains the signature trip hop sounds of HL. The disc also features artists such as Nicole Blackman, Momus, Human Drama, David J, and many others.
Cover Me Vol.1 - a tribute to Depeche Mode [2000, Connected]
Cover Me features the main reason that Hungry Lucy is here ... Blue Dress. Blue Dress makes an excellent addition to this CD, which features great covers by other bands such as: Battery, No Comment, Cut.Rate.Box & C Project.

An amazing collection of over 20 videos, including current hits and classic cuts, released in the US. This split-single features 4 bands from the European label Alfa Matrix. Hungry Lucy contributes brand spanking new remixes of the new tunes Fearful, Her Song and Storm. Remixed by No Comment, Implant and Aiboforcen, these tracks got the full dance floor treatment! No way will you be able to sit still while any of these songs are playing! Christa Belle put this CD together to showcase some of the work she has been doing with other artists. This CD includes collaborations with MP3.com artists Darkroom and Outside the Line as well as unreleased Hungry Lucy tracks. Ghastly Afterthoughts was exclusively available from the OLD MP3.com, and is no longer available.
Apparitions Appetizer [out of print] [1999, MP3.com DAM CD]
This CD was the first publically available Hungry Lucy disc. It featured the now classic "Bound in Blood" as well as 3 other early HL songs. As well as selling the CD on MP3.com, this CD was used as the first promotional CD that Hungry Lucy sent out the DJs and magazines. Newer versions of most of these tracks appear on Hungry Lucy's full-length debut, Apparitions
